Keep up to dateOffices and retail space will replace two sixties blocks
Architects Fletcher Priest and Sauerbruch Hutton have secured planning consent for a Land Securities mixed-use development in the City of London. Two existing sixties blocks will be replaced with 60 Ludgate Hill and 30 Old Bailey, totalling 34,850m2 of offices and retail around a new public space. Demolition starts next month and completion of the scheme is scheduled for December 2013.
