This £9m proposal by architect Studio Seilern is for a 496m2 site in the Mayfair conservation area in west London. The development would replace the existing buildings with nine residential units and 10 serviced apartments. Studio Seilern has proposed a large garden at lobby level, and a vertical garden that rises through the upper level terraces. The expected date for the start of construction is November 2010.
