Cubus tower features fractured ‘ice-cube’ facades
Woods Bagot has completed a 25-storey retail tower in Hong Kong, China. Cubus attempts to redefine the traditional retail concept by stacking units vertically and optimising smaller plots of land with limited widths. The 5,600m2 development features geometrically fractured ‘ice-cube’ facades broken by a series of high-level outdoor terraces and dynamic lighting effects.
