BuildOnline has developed a defects register which allows you to record snags as you go round site, using a smart phone or other mobile device.

Snags are recorded, perhaps with a photo, and the information is beamed back to the BuildOnline portal where a defect register is automatically created. Client, contractor and subcontractor have access to the information on Buildonline as agreed. This saves time and a lot of paperwork on the standard snagging system where notes are taken manually, typed up and then sent out.
