Homelessness charity Centrepoint is to take a leaf out of Andy Warhol’s book and hold a week-long exhibition of art made from cans.

At an invitation-only launch night on Monday 4 April, celebrities such as racing driver David Coulthard, It Girl Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and sprinter Jason Gardener will create art out of Red Bull cans. Artist Tracey Emin and DJ Sara Cox will be on hand to judge the results before all the work is auctioned in aid of Centrepoint’s work with homeless young people. The exhibition, which is free, runs until 10 April at the Old Truman Brewery in east London.
