Specialist security recruitment concern SSR Personnel Services has launched a new service for managers designed to help them develop their careers “while remaining focused”.

SSR director Del Hunter told SMT: “We each spend an average of half our waking hours at work. Unlike traditional career counsellors, an SSR coach is said to be “not just a listening board making recommendations about your career choices”. Rather, the coach will “listen, offer advice, challenge, encourage and support”.
