Guy Burnett
Thames Valley Housing Group’s new regional development manager is Guy Burnett. He joins from Sentinel Housing Group, where he managed Hart Housing Association’s development programme.

Frances Chaplin
Frances Chaplin has joined housing architect PRP to head its new office in Manchester. She joins from Manchester firm Buttress Fuller Alsop Williams, where she was responsible for many city projects including the new police headquarters.

Rhona Evans
Weaver Vale Housing Trust has a new activity coordinator: Rhona Evans. She will organise a variety of activities for the Trust’s residents, including t’ai chi and bingo, and form links with local colleges, churches and businesses. She will be based at the Trust’s Wakefield Court development in Northwich, Cheshire.

Steven Connolly
Downland Housing Group has recruited a new development graduate trainee. Steven Connolly started his housing career as a policy and research assistant at Downland. He will begin studying for a diploma in surveying next year.

Stock Woolstencroft
Architect Stock Woolstencroft has promoted Gavin Redfern, Monica Coffey and Derek Jay to senior associates, and Heidi Shah, Tom Bichard and Keith Davidson to associates. Gavin and Tom both work on social housing projects.
