Paul Tennant
The new chief executive of Orbit Housing Group is Paul Tennant. Currently chief executive of Leeds Federated Housing Association, Paul will start his new job in April.

Bill Gill
Bill Gill, a member of the National Housing Federation's audit and control panel, has joined social housing financial consultant Bentley Jennison as a senior manager. He will head Bentley Jennison's in-house training programme and chair its housing technical group.

Valerie Page
Valerie Page has joined Signpost Care Partnerships as a divisional director. She will be responsible for a 12-person team providing support services to vulnerable people. Valerie previously worked for social services and Devon and Cornwall Housing Association.

David Tolson
Hacas Chapman Hendy has promoted director David Tolson to managing director. Before joining Hacas, he was group finance director at North British Housing Association.

“Scuba diving is my passion. I have done the Red Sea, Indian Ocean and Caribbean in the last year and am looking to complete the full set as soon as possible.”
What did you want to be when you were a child?
“Meeting Sherpa Tensing (the guy who got Hilary to the top of Everest) in Darjeeling as a child made me want to be a mountaineer or explorer. So now I explore the underwater world instead!”
