Neville Reyner has become a non-executive director of Countryside Properties. He is also deputy chairman of the East of England Development Agency, director of Invest East of England, director of consultant PERA International and chairman of Hertfordshire Business Centre.
Alan Kilburn
Alan Kilburn OBE has succeeded Christine Davies as chairman of the William Sutton Trust.
Kilburn was chief executive of the Home Group until he retired in 1998 and is also a former president of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Kevin Thompson has joined North Hertfordshire Homes as chief executive. Meanwhile, Brian Thompson has become director of finance.
Charles Clayton
Charles Clayton will join Shaftesbury Housing Group as its chief executive in May. He was previously executive director for charity World Vision UK.

Housing consultant Pennington has appointed four new team members. Neil Branthwaite joins as director from Riverside Housing Association and Tina O'Brien joins as senior finance consultant from Adullam Homes. Also, Di Stirling Chow becomes senior consultant in housing management, supporting people and business planning from Liverpool council, and Gary Brampton is the new graduate building surveyor.

Housebuilder Lovell has appointed Mary Lynch as its strategy director. Mary joins from Camden council, where she was assistant director of housing for six years. She has also worked for Maidstone and Gillingham councils and St Pancras Housing Association.
Charlotte Crook
Law firm Lewis Silkin has added Charlotte Crook to its housing team. She will concentrate on RSL property work, particularly in care and supported housing.
Broadway Malyan Group
Architect and consultant Broadway Malyan Group has promoted Peter Dijkhuis, the head of London landscape office, to associate director. It has also hired Roger Lomas as associate and team leader landscape architect.
New Progress Housing Association
New Progress Housing Association has hired its first floating support team. Phillip Lockwood will head the team and is joined by Michael Crowther and Bridget Cheyne.
