Property services group Connaught has appointed Jonathan Kershaw partnering technical manager. He formerly worked for the Babcock Group in public sector tendering.

Manchester Methodist Housing Group
Manchester Methodist Housing Group has two new directors: Guy Cresswell and Maggie Shannon. Cresswell has been promoted from regional manager for the south region and Shannon joins from Space New Living, where she was director of customer services.

Steven Broomhead
Warrington council chief executive Steven Broomhead is to join the North-west Development Agency as chief executive in April.

Oscar Lumley-Watson
Urban Forum, an umbrella body for community ad voluntary groups, has named Oscar Lumley-Watson chief executive. He has worked in community development since 1984 and has run a company representing voluntary sector organisations in dealings with statutory agencies and funders.

Jan Lewis
Jan Lewis has joined Signpost Housing Association in Dorset as divisional director of human resources. She was previously personnel manager at North Dorset council.

We will work with partners including high-street banks, the Housing Corporation, Family Housing Association and Metropolitan Housing Trust. We will roll out the full range of financial services – loans, insurance and more – from 2004.”
