Neil Fanning has joined Redrow Homes Southern as regional architect.

David Wilson Homes, the housebuilding arm of Wilson Bowden, has appointed Tim Hough, regional chairman of Alfred McAlpine, operations director.

Consultants

Construction consultant and project manager Tweeds has appointed Paul Dennison, Kevin Butcher, David Manning and Peter Ullmer partners in the London office. Ronald Coll, Andrew Fenwick and David Tarbet become associate partners. Peter Brook, Giles Brooke, Adrian Hewitt and Kieran Rainsford have been made partners in north-west England.

Weeks Consulting has appointed John Lewis, formerly with WSP Consulting Engineers, director of its engineering and property services divisions.
