Richard Sykes has been appointed divisional director of Taylor Woodrow's facilities management arm. He replaces Tim Peach who has been appointed to the construction board as director. Housebuilders Terry Massingham (right), who was previously with Alfred McAlpine Homes Southern has been appointed managing director of Gleeson Homes.
