Housebuilders
Taylor Woodrow has appointed Keith Parrett managing director of the newly created London region. He will be responsible for overseeing housebuilding and commercial development. John Inglis has been appointed sales and marketing director.

Cathy Queen, formerly with Popplewell Associates, has joined North-west-based private housebuilder Morris Homes. She will be responsible for landscaping.

Keith Carter, previously with Barratt Homes, has joined Ward Homes as land manager. Scott Westgate has been appointed land buyer.

Consultants
Jon Symons has been promoted to associate of building consultancy Tuffin Ferraby & Taylor. He will continue to work within the project management team in Bristol.

Retail property support services firm Styles & Wood has appointed Ivan McKeever service development director.

Gareth Davies and Chris Saxon have become equity owners of architectural practice Stride Treglown.

Design and engineering consultant Gifford & Partners has promoted James Miller to technical director.

Sef Architects has appointed Polly Barker associate and Henriette Helstrup practice manager.

Keith Mackenzie-Betty has joined architect B3Burgess South, formerly known as Burgess, as managing director in Basingstoke. John Mottram has been appointed regional director. Darren Jones and Paul Scudamore have been appointed to the new specialist divisions, B3Safety and Access Consultancy respectively.

Charles Hudson has been promoted to group chairman; John Holcroft becomes managing director; Graham Stafford becomes operations director; Donna Heath becomes finance director; and Paul Evan becomes works manager.
