Building materials supplier Travis Perkins has announced a series of appointments. Joe Mescall has been appointed regional managing director for the South-east. Ian Church succeeds him in the same position for the Midlands. Richard Coe has been appointed acquisitions director. Andrew Harrison becomes managing director of partitions and ceilings subsidiary Commercial Ceiling Factors.

Mowlem Technical Services, the technical services division of the Mowlem Group, has appointed Steve Zealand divisional manager for MTS Installation's northern region.
