Contractor Geoffrey Osborne has appointed Paul McCulloch group supply-chain manager. He previously worked in the company’s homes division.

Shaylor Construction has appointed Peter Foulds senior quantity surveyor. He joins from SDC Builders.

Southern Electric Contracting has appointed Tim Payne operations director, to be based at the company’s Portsmouth office. He joined SEC as a contracts engineer in 1993.

Paul Smith has been appointed managing director of Iceni Homes, based in the company’s headquarters in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The private company is a collaboration between three eastern England housing associations: Colne Housing Society, Suffolk Housing Society and Cotman Housing Association.

Chartered surveyor Tuffin Ferraby Taylor has promoted Neil Gilbert to senior building surveyor at the Bristol office.

Alasdair MacKerron has joined engineer Whitbybird as an associate director. He joins from Edinburgh-based Cundall Johnston and Partners.

Brian Egerton has joined Hawksmoor Property Services at Uttoxeter, Staffordshire as a director, having previously been with David Wilson Homes.

Town planning consultant Terence O’Rourke has made three promotions. Jane Hudson becomes associate director in town planning, Emma Robinson assumes the same role in environmental consultancy and Mark Collins becomes a senior environmental manager.
