Leicester Housing Association has appointed Jason Cannon head of property services. He takes charge of 8000 homes across the East Midlands.

Watts and Partners has promoted Jon Rowling, Mark Sherrell and Tim Coffin. They are now partners in the property and construction consultant.

PCM Management has a new mechanical and electrical manager. Jan Hope will work from the construction management consultant’s Welwyn Garden City site in Hertfordshire.

Law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed procurement specialists Brad Fearn, Sarah Sharpe, Paul O’Neil, John Mullee, and senior associates Greg Richards and Helen Waddle to its construction practice.

Transport planner and engineer JMP Consulting has hired Chuks Nwaodume as principal engineer. Barrie Sheppard has been appointed principal transportation planner. Both will be located in the Docklands offices, London.
