Michelle Bowe has joined Bovis Lend Lease's environment, health and safety team in the new role of occupational health manager, based at the company's Harrow headquarters.

Glasgow-based WWW Electrical Contractors has appointed Laurie Naismith and Barry Thomson as contracts managers.

Balfour Beatty Management, the professional services arm of the Balfour Beatty Group, has appointed Mike Grice, currently head of Heery International London, to head up a new major projects unit of Balfour Beatty Management to target involvement in landmark developments and schemes of national status. Martin Blencowe, currently the director responsible for Heery International operations in Scotland, will assume the role as head of Balfour Beatty Management's UK building division.
