Consulting engineers Joynes Pike & Associates has promoted Scott Blair and Rob Foord to associates responsible for the Doncaster office’s structural engineering and civil engineering design teams. Blair joined in 2005 as structural team leader, Foord as civil engineering team leader.

Interior solutions specialist Barlows has appointed Sallyann Allman as business development manager. She is responsible for the sales and marketing function across the Sheffield-based company.

Management consultant Arthur D Little has appointed Michael Träm as chief executive officer and Francois Valraud as chief operating officer, effective immediately. Träm will be responsible for international strategy, growth and profitability. Valraud will oversee consultancy activities. He will be in charge of its global business and also expanding into new markets.

Kingspan Pollution Control has made Jane Harry manager of after-sales support and Tekserve, its servicing division. She was previously with Equant, part of France Telecom.

The Builders Merchants Federation has promoted Christine Harding to marketing manager. She was previously administration manager and has been with the BMF for 18 years.
