DANISH-OWNED SECURITY concern Group 4 Falck, the second largest global provider of security services, has boosted profits by 35% over the last year.
Net profits for the year ending 31 December 2000 are up from DKK 304 million to DKK 410 million. At the same time, organic growth levels have risen by 10%.Securitas (UK), HSBC Bank plc and Barclays Bank plc are set to combine their sterling cash management arms – creating Securitas Cash Management.
An official statement published on manned security news website infologue.com states that the business, currently operational in over 50 countries, has "more than met" its Board of Directors' performance expectations.
Total assets are up from DKK 8,224 million in 1999 to DKK 9,230 million in 2000, while turnover is up from DKK 15,261 million to DKK 18,210 million.
