Pacific Glass Ltd of Bootle, Merseyside, has offered CCG Ltd an unreserved apology in respect of a Pacific Glass brochure which contained 5 designs which are copyrighted to CCG Ltd. Pacific Glass has stated categorically that all brochures are to be withdrawn or destroyed, and has undertaken not under any circumstances reproduce any of the offensing desiogns now or in the future.
