CCTV makes massive difference in fight against drive-off thieves

James Lindsay, business director at Manchester's Peel Holdings-owned Trafford Centre ('On Guard', SMT, December 2001, pp20-24) told SMT: "Compared with other petrol stations in the area without CCTV equipment, our experience of attempted drive-offs has been almost non-existent since we introduced the cameras."
