CIVIC SERVICE: A combined day centre, ‘wet’ hostel and flats for rough sleepers in London run by the Peabody Trust and Broadway has won a Civic Trust Award. Judges remarked upon the close collaboration between architect Feilden Clegg Bradley and the management, resulting in an environment that responds to the needs of the service’s users.
