This sustainable housing estate was completed at the beginning of August by Cloch Housing Association.

Designed by John Gilbert Architects, the estate in Greenock, Scotland, consists of 75 social housing units and 12 shared-ownership homes.

The total cost of the scheme was £6.8m. It features a combined heat and power plant and high levels of insulation and air-tightness.
