Consultant CM Parker Browne is acting as project manager, contract administrator and employer’s agent on the third Ideas Store in Tower Hamlets, East London.

The £1.2m scheme is planned for Canary Wharf and follows two built in Poplar and Whitechapel. The 13-week project will build on a formerly occupied part of a car park.

Oluchi Uduku, project manager for the scheme said: “Due to the site being extremely confined our team encountered challenges while developing the site.”
