Coast with the most: The seaside town of Folkestone, Kent, could be about to be the site of a £75m regeneration project including 600 flats, shops and a leisure centre. The development, designed by architect Aukett, is now at the planning stage. It would not, though, include any social housing as Folkestone has already hit its target of 400 affordable homes.
