The extension provides an attractive modern look, which was achieved by replacing the old PVC-U windows on the ground floor and extending the upper floor to include the continuous bay and a covered balcony. Following consultation with the homeowners, Stuart Barnes Ltd specified Coastal Canterbury Tilt & Turn units for the bay windows to ensure compliance with building regulations with opening vents, and Warwick windows to maintain a consistent look and good kerbside appeal.
