Tools like 4Projects are indeed sophisticated and can be used to manage very complex projects spanning continents. However, it is often a misconception that they cannot be used to manage smaller projects and that you end up paying for things you don’t use.

Many clients also successfully use 4Projects in a much more simplistic way with the option to add on more functionality at future dates if needed.

As a highly flexible tool it can be configured to manage anything, from something as simple as a tendering process right through to a complex project throughout its lifespan including asset management.
