Use to check my email continually but now found the off button

iPhone/Blackberry/Android. Which side are you on?

Had Blackberry surgically removed earlier this year. Iphone has now been attached; wouldn’t be without it

Are you into social networking? (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook etc)

Linkedin for work; Facebook for keeping up with friends and Twitter for information and entertainment

Are you on Twitter? If so who do you recommend to follow?

Samantha McClary, property journalist and triathlete keeps me informed and entertained

What is your favourite app?

Roadbike by runtastic so I can track my bike rides and NPR; All Songs Considered podcast for great music. Also like Contract Killer for relieving a little tension

What is your preferred means of communication? (eg. Email, phone, face to face, text etc)

I prefer the old school method of talking face to face. I predict that it will come back into fashion soon, though also considering a Buro Four carrier pigeon.

What did you last buy online?  

A photo calendar for 2013, using photos of my family on holidays and at the Olympics this year

At Buro Four we take our equal opportunities responsibilities very seriously and so are very PC. Don’t like McDonalds

Guilty pleasures: Most played tunes from iTunes/Spotify?

Sympathy for the Devil by The Rolling Stones. I got to see them at the O2 last month so this has been on repeat ever since. Favourite old skool tune has to be Streelife by the Crusaders  “Pure Soul!”, I’m also bit of a X factor USA fan
