B&CE is responsible for more than £1bn of operative and industry funds, so each morning I log on to ft.com to see how the markets are doing.
A major positive move is a good start to the day, but of course it can be depressing when markets collapse.
Useful to find the location and nearest tube station just before you rush out of the office to go to a meeting.
The B&CE website is becoming more and more important to promoting our services, so I regularly log on to monitor its development and ensure that it remains relevant and fresh.
Our offices are close to Gatwick airport so we can take advantage of cheap flights for weekend breaks. This is the starting point to benchmark flight and hotel costs.
This is our local running club and the website shows future races and results. Unfortunately I use it more for the social events at the moment than for the running!
