VCL has joined with one of the world's largest companies as part of a $43 billion merger.
Honeywell, the company that bought VCL's parent company, Pittway, last year, has itself been taken over by the giant General Electric (GE) group.
In another move, RFL , the digital transmission supplier, has teamed up with IndigoVision to introduce a product that incorporates the latest IP technology. RFL has integrated IndigoVision's Videobridge into its new VS800 product, offering up to four video streams to communicate over a single E1/T1 channel.
