Sure Foundation has progressed throughout the millennium year with the aim of providing high quality, pragmatic consultancy advice to a broad and expanding client base. The company has sustained growth in pure consultancy services to around £1.15 million from last year's £1 million.
Sure has an active training programme, taking on a further three trainees in 2000. In the same year, the company directors set an agenda of cultural change to actively encourage a better quality of working environment to reduce stress levels. The policy is already proving to be a success and management has been greatly encouraged.
