QS sought for Islington
Islington council has invited tenders from cost consultants for the provision of quantity surveying and employer’s representative duties on the Golden Lane campus, a £12m scheme that aims to unite three schools on one site. The architect is Nicholas Hare.
Tyneside deal awarded
QS Lumsdon & Wood Partnership is working on the refurbishment of 217 properties at Glebe Village, Tyne & Wear. Lovell Partnership was recently hired as the contractor for client Sunderland Housing Group. The architect is B3 Burgess.
