Ulster trust seeks teams

The Ulster Community and Hospitals Trust is seeking multi-disciplinary teams, including QSs and architects, to work on plans for the redevelopment of Ulster Hospital. The programme, which will cost around £200m, will start with a new ambulatory care and diagnostic block.

Millbridge takes on centre

Millbridge has been appointed project manager on a new health care centre and a 26 bed cottage hospital in Pershore, Worcestershire for Wychavon District Council. The £5m scheme is due to be completed in autumn 2006.

AA Projects relocate role

AA Projects has been awarded the role of QS for the relocation of Middlesbrough College to a new location.

Five in the framework

North London housing association Network Housing Group has picked five consultants – Trinnick Warr, Hunters, Airey Miller Partnership, Calford Seadon and Bailey Garner – on a new framework panel.

BPM joins London team

BPM Project Management is on the team working on plans for a new scheme in East London for the Metropolitan Housing Trust. The project includes offices and 44 flats.

Firehouse needs PM

The London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority is seeking a project manager to oversee the authority’s Firehouse.

The project manager will assist the contracting authority to engage consultants and contractors for the work.

QS for chemistry labs

Jacobs Babtie is the QS on the extension of the University of Manchester’s chemistry laboratory, featured in QS News last week.
