Visitors to The Lighthouse Centre for Architecture, Design and the City in Glasgow will be kept cool thanks to a new air conditioning system.
The multi-use Lighthouse is formed from a row of refurbished, adjoining properties in the historic city centre. It is a seven-storey space, with a rooftop viewing platform, and contains galleries, community space, a craft shop and cafe-bar.

The air conditioning system provides spot cooling in the shop, a conference room and cafe. It comprises an air-cooled Carrier chiller and a Toshiba vrf system. The equipment was supplied through distributor HRP Sales.
