Cooper Lighting creates waves

The fittings feature a wing-profile reflector which provides soft and wide light distribution, illuminating the ceiling and vertical surfaces to create an improved visual environment. Suspended below the reflector is either a perforated diffuser for general illumination or a 65° – 1500 cd/m2 satin-finish anodised aluminium louvre for use in vdt areas. The Waveform T5 features a first-fix body spine that provides a mechanical and electrical base on to which the wing reflector and chosen optical attachment are assembled. The luminaire is supplied with either single or twin 28 W, 35 W, 49 W or 54 W lamps.

Philips LEDline2 is a linear led-based floodlighting range, for use in illuminating and enhancing both contemporary and historic buildings. The controlled soft-wash effect of LEDline2 creates planes of light, transforming the surfaces with colour so that when night falls the light appears to become an integral element of the architecture.

The range comprises three models for the widest possible coverage of wash-effect applications.

LEDline2 includes an integrated power supply and all versions are dimmable as an option. The LEDline modules are based on Luxeon high power leds, an energy efficient and compact light source combining the lifetime and reliability of light emitting diodes with the brightness of conventional lighting.

Saniflo has launched the Sanicondensa low cost pumping system for acidic condensate from condensing boilers. The Sanicondens can also be used in conjunction with air conditioners, dehumidifiers, freezers and other water producing equipment. The 283 mm x 180 mm x 128 mm unit can be floor or wall mounted. It can pump up to 340litres/h, is capable of pumping up to 5 m vertically and is supplied with a 5 m flexible discharge pipe. The Sanicondens is designed to operate with water at a mean temperature of 35°C and occasionally with water up to 80°C and a minimum pH of 2·5.

Sarel, a division of Schneider Electric has launched the CaSys range of racks and enclosures. Principal products in the range include co-location server racks which offer between two and four completely independent secure compartments; standard sever racks which are available with integrated environmental monitoring systems; cabling racks which are designed to save space and allow rapid cabling; lightweight open box 19 inch enclosures; and compact Soho boxes which house up to 36 connectors.

Airedale has launched the Ultima Compact Condensing Unit (UCCU), which offers cooling capacities of 30 kW to 450 kW. A total of 88 model variants offer flexibility of noise control, performance and operation. All models provide the benefits and reliability of multiple scroll compressor technology, in an efficient dual refrigeration circuit system with two, four or six stages of cooling.

Units are optimised for R407C refrigerant and are designed for coupling with most dx air handling units for a variety of installations such as retail outlets. The units come with Airedale’s AireTronix microprocessor controls for improved efficiency during part load.
