There has been some talk in the industry about the concept of rural regeneration, of improving run-down areas in the country as well as the city.

Consultancy Ridge has done its bit for the movement by agreeing to take up space in the Cowyards, the conversion of agricultural buildings that date back to 1860. Developer Blenheim Palace Estates is hoping to complete the scheme in 2007 and is being aided by, you’ve guessed it, Ridge, which is acting as design developer on the scheme near Woodstock in Oxfordshire.
