Crown House Engineering has been awarded a £6.5 million contract to provide building services in the new magistrates court complex in Manchester.
The contract has been awarded by the G4CSG consortium, which will manage the design, construction, financing and operation of the pfi project on behalf of the council.
Crown House is to install power and structured cabling services for the state-of-the-art communication systems, as well as the latest energy management and ventilation systems.
Services design will be carried out by an integrated team from Crown House and TPS for the complex that consists of 18 courtrooms, a coroner's court and support facilities for 180 staff.
