CCTV CONTROL MANUFACTURER Shawley has been bought by Croma Defence Systems, a member of Croma Group plc. Newport-based Shawley is being relocated to Rotherwas, Hereford.
The ongoing Shawley operation will be an integral part of Croma, which designs and develops a range of overt and covert surveillance equipment and represents a number of leading-edge products from other manufacturers.
Croma Chairman John French said: "We are very pleased to be able to include the Shawley products in our range as they are complementary to our existing products."
