Demolition gran: Collins Memorial Trust tenant Sybil Holt, 91, last week turned the turf to mark the demolition of 1970s tower block Collins House at Eastleigh in Hampshire. Sybil has been a trust tenant for 25 years. Collins House will be replaced by a £1.8m development of 24 one- and two-bedroom flats.
