In the event of a dispute that is referred to adjudication, ECA members should be aware that they are able to request that the ECA president nominates an adjudicator.

This service is catered for by a panel of experienced adjudicators from around the country who understand all aspects of the specialist engineering sector.

To take advantage of this service the president should be named within contract agreements as the person authorised to nominate an adjudicator in the event of a dispute.

There is a small charge for the service, albeit rather less than that required by mainstream nominating bodies.
