So Accent Group is to import houses manufactured off-site in Canada (26 November, page 14).

It sounds very promising, but will they include sound insulation? Why import homes manufactured off-site if they end up creating serious problems of inter-neighbour noise? You can’t beat traditional housing materials: brick, concrete, steel. Homes that made off-site are done so on the cheap. Tenants deserve quality homes, real homes.
