BDP Sustainability for Defence Estates has launched the first assessment tool designed specifically for measuring the environmental performance of new-build and refurbishment projects for the MOD. DREAM - the Defence Related Environmental Assessment Method - also claims to be the first web-based environmental performance assessment tool in the world.
