Facilities management company SERVUS, has launched its business support portal, Servusb2b, with the promise that it will save at least 10 per cent of support costs.
At a basic level, users can access selected suppliers, using the portal for procurement, sourcing and supplier management.

At a more advanced level, users can integrate the portal with their own business processes and those of their suppliers.

At the highest level, the e-procurement and supplier management functions of the portal are provided as part of a total outsourcing deal.

'Our research showed that more than three- quarters of UK companies expect a shift to the internet, e-procurement and e-commerce,' said Servusb2b managing director Phillip Russell.
