EASYLET TAKES OFF: Key workers in Hertfordshire will benefit from new "rent-easy" apartments being developed by Metropolitan Housing Trust. In total, 13 flats will be offered at sub-market rents in Hemel Hempstead, after the trust secured £422,500 in Challenge funding for the project. The trust has also got similar funding amounting to £6m in total for nine similar projects that will provide a total of 160 homes across north London and the Home Counties.
