EC Harris bolsters Nottingham office

EC Harris has moved to strengthen its Nottinghamshire building surveying division by appointing Stephen Dobinson as its regional head. Dobinson, previously a director of local practice Church Lukas, brings his regional contacts and 14 years’ experience to the division, which will provide consultancy and project-based services.
