EC Harris prepares for the second fence on Aintree redevelopment

EC Harris has unveiled phase two of the development of Aintree racecourse. The firm's Liverpool office is project manager and planning supervisor on the £30m job, which is due to last two years. The scheme includes two five-tier grandstands.
