New World Development’s use of Edgetech’s Super Spacer technology in the manufacture of GRP composite doors, has led to a constant flow of interest from various local authorities.

Linda Tomb, Marketing Manager of New World Developments explains: ‘In just one year we have had a great deal of interest from other local authorities’.

New World Developments was one of the first companies in the UK to see the benefits of Super Spacer. ‘A lot has happened since we started using Super Spacer,’ continues Linda. ‘Our annual turnover has increased 41% on last year. We have increased investment in machinery, our transport capacity has doubled, and we have taken on more staff to stay ahead of the increasing demand. We are continuing to develop products and have just launched our single rebate door, Monno, which we expect to be a winner as well. Future developments include a fire door.’
