EIC has been awarded three m&e projects under the Birmingham Construction Partnership for a total value of approximately £1.1 million.
The partnership, founded by Birmingham City Council to allow for the collaboration of contractors, design and specialist supply chains, has a comprehensive programme of construction, maintenance and refurbishment planned for the next few years.
EIC started work on a stable block and improvements to the main building at Aston Hall last December. The m&e services installation contract, valued at £750 000, is due to be finished in April 2009.
The m&e services for the new sports pavilion at Aston Hall, valued at £250 000, is due for completion in June 2008.
The firm is also working with Wates Construction and the BCP on the Old Repertory Theatre. Work started in February 2008 and is due to finish in June 2008. The project is valued at £120 000.
