Marking cables and wires is simple with Brother's PT-2480 labelling machine.
With a specially designed 'rotate print' function, the machine will print text vertically on labels, making it easy to read after wrapping around the cabling. The PT-2480 takes tapes of 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 mm width.
The Custom Template capability is designed specifically for patch panel labelling, while a Flash Rom and USB interface allow the user to download images, logos and professional symbols from a pc into the machine's memory before going on site.
The PT-2480 also uses Brother's special security tape, which leaves a chequerboard pattern when peeled off to reveal where a label has been removed without authorisation.
