EMCOR Drake & Scull has formed an alliance with Siemens Automation & Drives.
The move is designed to promote closer working relationships between the two companies and also to cut down duplication on target projects.

The alliance will work together on projects to produce integrated solutions across all areas of their respective business lines. Ivor Goldsmith, managing director of EMCOR Drake & Scull, said: "The main purpose of this agreement is to promote a closer working relationship between both parties and to encourage co-operation where joint opportunities exist."

The agreement builds on the strong relationship already enjoyed by Siemens and EMCOR Rail.

Earlier this year EMCOR Rail was awarded the m&e contract for the new Siemens Train care Facility in Southampton. The two companies are working together to provide a 'total Siemens' package for the project.
